The Big Little Bungalow is one of our most popular models.

It has high interior walls allowing for more windows.

More windows equal a light & bright giving it a more spacious feel; the French Doors help with that too.

The ever so slightly curved roofline gives it just the right amount of character needed, also giving the elevated sleeping loft a slightly more open feel.

The Bungalow has hardie plank siding on the upper portion of the unit and a hardie board & batten look on the bottom portion to add just a little more unique flare.

The Gray Cedar Classic was one of our very first designs.

It has a classic saltbox roof design giving it a very traditional look and feel. 

It comes with quality gray dipped cedar shingles on the front and upper side walls of the unit.

Some customers like to opt out of the cedar shingles and do an all hardie plank look which gives them more flexibility in painting and colors.

The Metro-Retro has a clean and contemporary look to it.

It has high interior walls, similar to the Bungalow, where we can add in several more windows for extra light. We use French Doors in this model that are perfect for opening up to an elevated porch or deck.

The roofline is slightly slanted with a 6" pitch going from front to back giving it a more contemporary look.

The Metro-Retro has primed hardie plank siding all the way down, ready for your own creative touch. 

​Natural western red cedar shingles can be added as an accent for additional cost.
